I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the British Columbia Association of ClinicalCounsellors. I specialize in ADHD, relationship issues, childhood trauma, PTSD, narcicism, life transitions, eating disorders, addictions, anxiety, and depression. From my extensive training and experience working with my diverse clients, I know that those who engage in the therapeutic process can heal and make significant changes. This process will allow you to attain more positive results than you have ever experienced before.

In working with you, I aim to help your progress or enact change to live a happier and more fulfilling life. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can identify and overcome what's holding you back. I create a safe space of understanding and compassion to promote relaxation and comfort, so you are able to express yourself fully. This safe space allows you to confide, heal, grow and change. I believe everyone is unique and has different needs, so I customize treatment for you. Together we will explore what shapes your current situation and what it might look like to maintain current life patterns versus trying out new ones. By exploring your strengths, challenges, and what motivates you, together, we can create a plan for success. The first step to maximizing your potential is to reach out for support.
